"Long story short this review stuff is not really me, but God bless the gentleman who works nights in the drive-through. I don’t know his name unfortunately, but he needs a raise and acknowledgment. Such a positive outgoing man. typically you don’t get this type of service in fast food, but it’s good to see once in a while. Maybe these type of acknowledgments get shown to him so hopefully it does!!! Keep that energy my man it’s gonna take you places. God is good and karma is real. You keep putting good. It’s gonna come right back to you!!!!!"

"The service was good... their assembly line is very efficient, especially how busy they were at the time. Tends to be cold in the dining area, which then you have to rush before your food gets cold. On the night I went to this establishment, it was about 8pm -- peak busy. At least a line of 10 cars blocked access to the parking lot towards the back (the front parking lot was full); Most of the drivers wanted drive-thru while myself and a handful of customers wanted to park. it was gridlock, partly due to the staff person taking the drive-through orders in the parking lot and not in the drive-thru lane."

I never understood in the drive thru the purpose of the employee standing way up front in the line Stacking up cars in the parking lot while the line is completely empty. Why don’t they stand closer to the original voice box so the traffic accumulates inside the line rather than in the parking lot It’s not just this Pollo Tropical that does this it’s nearly all of them Blows my mind."

"If you're looking for tasty and savory chicken on the grill, Pollo Tropical is a great place to visit. I'm honestly not a big fan of their sides (Mac & Cheese, coleslaw, balsamic tomatoes, etc.), but their chicken is by far one of the best! It's tender, perfectly cooked, citrusy and smokey flavor that really play with your taste buds. Oh! And their unique sauces! From curry to creamy cilantro!"
